Da biste stvorili zaokretnu tablicu koja prikazuje posljednja 4 tjedna podataka (tj. Neprekinuta 4 tjedna), izvornim podacima možete dodati pomoćni stupac za označavanje zapisa u posljednja 4 tjedna, a zatim upotrijebiti pomoćni stupac za filtriranje podataka u stožerna tablica. U prikazanom primjeru trenutni je datum 25. kolovoza 2019., a zaokretna tablica prikazuje 4 kompletna prethodna. Kad se s vremenom dodaju novi podaci, zaokretna tablica nastavit će pratiti prethodna 4 tjedna na temelju trenutnog datuma.

Polja

U prikazanoj zaokretnoj tablici u izvornim su podacima četiri polja: Datum, Prodaja, Tjedan i Filtar. Filter je pomoćni stupac s formulom koja označava zadnja 4 tjedna. Tjedan je pomoćni stupac koji vraća ponedjeljak za bilo koji zadani datum (samo radi praktičnosti). Prodaja je polje vrijednosti, a Tjedan je dodan kao polje Red za grupiranje po tjednima:

Formula

Formula korištena u D5 (Tjedan), kopirana, je:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Ova formula vraća ponedjeljak u tjednu za bilo koji zadani datum.

Formula korištena u E5 (Filter), kopirana dolje, je:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
