Da biste stvorili zaokretnu tablicu koja prikazuje zadnjih 7 dana podataka (ili, općenito, posljednjih n dana), izvornim podacima možete dodati pomoćni stupac s formulom za označavanje zapisa u zadnjih 7 dana, a zatim upotrijebite pomoćnu stupac za filtriranje podataka u zaokretnoj tablici. U prikazanom primjeru trenutni je datum 16. kolovoza 2019., a zaokretna tablica prikazuje prethodnih sedam dana.
Polja
U prikazanoj zaokretnoj tablici koriste se četiri polja: Datum, Mjesto, Prodaja i Filtar. Lokacija je polje Stupac, Datum je polje Red, Prodaja je polje Vrijednost, a Filter (pomoćni stupac) je polje Filtriranje, kao što se vidi dolje:
